The Triangle AIDS Network presented its 20th annual AIDS conference at the Holiday Inn Plaza, Beaumont, Texas on Wednesday, Oct 3, 2007. This year's conference provided an opportunity to examine the crisis of HIV in many different lights: the various members of different populations who have been infected with HIV and have chosen to speak out publicly; the prevention methods which have proven effective but demand complete commitment in order to make a difference. Featured Keynote speakers were Dr. Patricia Wetzel, Dr. David Malabranche, and author Shawn Decker.
